Value parameters

content: the file's exact text, when asked for, if it is at most maxFileSize bytes of valid UTF-8
hash: absent, directory, oversized (a file over maxFileSize, never read), or sha256: and the 64 lowercase hex digits of the SHA-256 of the file's bytes: what WriteFileCommand.expectedHash and DeleteFileCommand.expectedHash are compared with
kind: absent, file or directory (FileSnapshotResponse.Kind)
size: the file's size in bytes; 0 for a directory or nothing
textError: why a file's content is absent although it was asked for
