A store's storage was migrated by a newer build: its schema is at version found, and this build knows up to supported. The store refuses to open rather than read or write tables it does not know; store names the storage (for PostgreSQL, the database schema). Stop every instance of the older build before a release that changes the schema starts (design 4.50).
