Nested

An event of the delegated child run child (design 4.47): live-only, never persisted in the parent's log, and delivered only to a parent subscription made with nested = true (Agent.stream, AgentRun.subscribe, GraphRuntime.subscribe). It follows the parent's live SubagentEvents.TaskStarted for the child, and carries every event of the child's run - durable, live, a LiveGap - up to its terminal event; a grandchild's events arrive nested twice. It takes a live slot of the parent's subscription, so an overflow is a LiveGap there (rule 12). Disconnected is never nested: the child's forwarding ends without one.
