How many of an agent's open entries are waiting and leased, by the store's clock when RunQueue.depth read them: leased hold a live lease - a worker is running or deciding them - and waiting do not (queued behind their thread's running entry, or for a worker). oldestWaiting is how long the oldest waiting entry has been open since its submission, by the store's clock; None when none waits.
