DrainReport

How a drain ended (AgentWorker.shutdown): the entries whose runs ended by themselves within the grace period (finished), those the worker cancelled that then exited (cancelled - each given back to the queue, or closed from how it ended, so another worker recovers it at once), and those that had not exited by the second bound (abandoned - their claims and leases are kept, and expire after their ttl once the process exits).
