Registration for a locally-running Ollama instance.
A section's baseUrl defaults to http://localhost:11434, where ollama serve listens and where Ollama's own clients look, so a local section needs only provider and model (#1991). For another host, set baseUrl, or bind the conventional variable in the section: baseUrl = ${?OLLAMA_BASE_URL}. It needs no API key — access is controlled at the network level.

config is whatever the caller passed, so implementations must check the type rather than cast — ProviderDescriptor.expectConfig does that and produces the standard mismatch error.

The section has already been checked against configSpec, so required fields are present and section.extras holds exactly the declared provider-specific keys that have a value (defaults applied, deprecated aliases resolved). A Left here means something configSpec cannot express (a malformed value, say).
