AgentWorker

A worker that runs queue's entries for agents - each an id the entries name, its runtime over checkpointer, the store queue is in - with settings, holding leases by queueSettings.lease and reclaiming closed entries after queueSettings.ticketLifetime, recording its metrics into metrics (none by default). Refuses no agents, and two with one id (ValidationError).
