Live-only progress from RunContext.progress: never persisted, never replayed, no seq. name and version identify the payload, as for RunEvent.Custom. token is the FencingToken of the claim the sending run held, as on its EventRecords: a node of a run that lost its claim and ignores the interrupt may still send progress after a later run of the same RunId has claimed the thread, and only the token tells the two apart.
